Welcome to Our Washington State Pipeline Information Website
The Trust hopes you find the pipeline information you are looking for here. By becoming more informed and involved on pipeline issues we can all help to make pipelines safer.

The fatal pipeline explosion at Whatcom Creek in Bellingham in 1999 motivated our state to address pipeline safety in a more comprehensive and integrated manner. To that end, the Pipeline Safety Trust gained support from Washington Governor Gary Locke, the Washington State Utilities and Transportation Commission, the Washington State Citizens Committee on Pipeline Safety, many local governments, and pipeline safety advocates nationwide.
