History:
Constructed in 1966 and was operated by Buckeye Pipeline Company until 1996 when it was purchased by U.S. Oil & Refining Co.
Pipeline Mileage & Size:
14.5 mile long 6 inch diameter pipeline. From U.S. Oil & Refining Co. refinery, located in the Tacoma Tideflats, to storage tanks located on McChord Air Force Base. The pipeline transports JP-8, a kerosene based jet fuel.
